› MDIC – Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services
Organ of the federal public administration structure. Its mission is to formulate, implement and evaluate public policies for the promotion of competitiveness, foreign trade, investment and innovation in business and consumer welfare.
› ABDI – Agência Brasileira de Desenvolvimento Industrial.
It aims to promote the implementation of industrial policy, in line with the policies of science, technology, innovation and foreign trade.
Connected to MDIC, it acts as a link between the public and private sectors, contributing to the country’s sustainable development through actions that increase the competitiveness of the industry.
The Agency also has flexibility, agility and capillarity to act as an instance of promotion, monitoring and evaluation of the Greater Brazil Plan, bringing together public and private entities of programs, projects and actions of a strategic and operational nature.
› APEX – Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Export and Investment.
It acts in the promotion of Brazilian products and services abroad and attract foreign investments to strategic sectors of the Brazilian economy.
The Agency carries out diversified commercial promotion actions aimed at promoting exports and valuing Brazilian products and services abroad, such as prospective and commercial missions, business roundtables, support for the participation of Brazilian companies in major international fairs, visits by foreign buyers and trainers of opinion to know the Brazilian productive structure among other business platforms that also aim to strengthen the Brazil brand.
› FIEB – Federation of Industries of the State of Bahia
It guarantees and encourages the integrated action of all institutions that involve the FIEB, CIEB, SESI, SENAI CIMATEC and IEL, and the Federation itself, providing services in the fields of education and professional qualification; health and leisure; and technological diffusion.
the CIN – International Business Centers, coordinated by the CNI – National Confederation of Industry and offers solutions geared to internationalization – is also part of the institution’s structure – both for potential export industries and for the expansion of the market of companies that already operate internationally. It also supports the attraction of foreign investment and business cooperation.

› SEBRAE – Brazilian Service to Support Micro and Small Enterprises

FEDERATIONS AND CLASS ASSOCIATIONS
› FECOMÉRCIO – Federation of Commerce of Goods, Services and Tourism of the State of Bahia.
It gathers and represents the employers’ unions in this sector.
At the national level, the Federation is linked to the CNC, the National Confederation of Trade in Goods, Services and Tourism, the highest representative of the 4.5 million Brazilian entrepreneurs in the tertiary sector.
Fecomércio-BA is responsible for the regional administration of the SESC (Social Service of Commerce) and Senac (National Service of Commercial Learning), private and non-profit institutions that promote actions in the areas of education, health, culture and leisure, benefiting traders and their dependents and the whole society.
› FAEB – Federation of Agriculture and Livestock of the State of Bahia
She is the legal interlocutor of rural producers in Bahia, legally constituted and recognized by the Brazilian Constitution.
A private institution maintained by the rural producers of Bahia, FAEB is a trade union with a higher degree, with its headquarters and forum in the city of Salvador. It is part of the Rural Trade Union System and is integrated with the CNA, Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil, which congregates all the State Federations and is based in Brasília.
It takes care of all the agribusiness environment, such as: Agricultural Technology, Market and Quotations, Courses and Training, Metereological Bulletins, among others.
› FACEB – Federation of Bahia State Business Associations
It was created to articulate and coordinate the activities of affiliated associations, representing and defending their interests. It contributes decisively to the strengthening of associativism and entrepreneurship in the State of Bahia.
› CDL – Shopkeepers’ Chamber
Its objective is to bring the various retail segments closer together to deal with common interests in trade, providing a climate of cooperation and exchange of information and ideas.
› CRECI-BA – Regional Council of Realtors.
Organ that guarantees the professional registration to the real estate broker, fundamental in the civil construction market.
› ACB – Commercial Association of Bahia
It develops an action directed preferably to participate effectively in the decision-making process in the various governmental areas, to work in the reduction of state activity in the productive sectors of the economy, especially in those in which it competes with free initiative or in those that must by nature be affected by private company.
› COFIC – Comitê de Fomento Industrial de Camaçari.
Private business association, which represents more than 90 companies in the Polo Industrial de Camaçari and in its areas of influence.
It operates in different segments, such as: chemical / petrochemical, automotive, soluble cellulose, copper metallurgy, textiles, fertilizers, tires, wind energy, pharmaceuticals, beverages and services.
Its activities focus primarily on the environment, industrial and property security, occupational health, relations with the government and neighboring communities to the Complex, development of people and social communication and development of people.
Cofic acts as an articulator, facilitator and coordinator of collective actions to meet the interests of its members.
The Chambers of Commerce and Consulates in Bahia are also important parties in this process and the Secretariat facilitates communication among all the actors involved.
